Legal:
Grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license for use in one monetized project across online platforms.
Covers commercial use but excludes broadcast, large-scale paid media, and redistribution of the track itself.

For businesses, filmmakers & advertising

• Use in one project
• Client work, films, corporate videos
• Online advertising & paid campaigns
• Film festivals & online distribution
• No attribution required

Legal:
Grants a non-exclusive, perpetual license for commercial use in a single project, including client and advertising work.
Does not include TV/radio broadcast, major streaming platforms, or mass media distribution.

• Major network broadcast

⚖️ Simple Terms (Applies to All Licenses)

• ✅ One-time payment, lifetime use (per project)
• ✅ Music can be used in edited projects (video, ads, films, etc.)
• ❌ You cannot resell, redistribute, or share the music as standalone audio
• ❌ You cannot claim ownership or register the music in Content ID systems
• ❌ License is non-transferable (cannot be reused across multiple projects)

⚖️ Full License Terms & Conditions

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Cheeky Monkey Music grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the selected music track in one (1) end project in accordance with the license tier purchased.

2. Definition of “End Project”

An “End Project” is defined as a single piece of content, including but not limited to:

• A video
• Advertisement
• Film
• Social media post or campaign

Each new project requires a separate license purchase.

3. Permitted Uses

Depending on the license tier purchased, you may:

• Synchronize music with video, film, or digital content
• Publish content on online platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, websites)
• Use music in commercial or monetized content (Creator & Professional tiers)
• Use music in advertising and client work (Professional tier only)

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the music as standalone audio
• Make the music available in a way that allows extraction (e.g., music libraries, stock sites)
• Claim ownership or authorship of the music
• Register the music in Content ID systems or similar platforms
• Use the music in multiple projects under a single license
• Transfer the license to another individual or entity

5. Broadcast & Extended Use

This license does not cover:

• Television or radio broadcast
• Major streaming platforms (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime)
• Large-scale or global advertising campaigns

These uses require a separate custom license agreement.

6. Attribution

• Personal License: Attribution is required
• Creator & Professional Licenses: Attribution is not required

7. Ownership

All music remains the copyright property of Cheeky Monkey Music.
This license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

8. Term & Duration

All licenses are perpetual, meaning you may use the music in your project indefinitely, provided the terms are not violated.

9. Liability

Cheeky Monkey Music shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the music.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing and using the music, you agree to be bound by these terms.
